$300 - $1000 per Kilowatt, average system size is 10 to 15 Kilowatts, YOU DECIDE COMMISSION

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Door to Door lead generation with team
• Manage pipeline of leads and ask for referrals
• Set proper expectations for potential customers
• Weekly sales and motivational meetings
• Gain education to become a solid Solar Sales Closer, Mentor to Others, and Manager

• Ability to be taught and enjoy talking to people
