Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales activities to prospective business clients and engage them in compelling conversations about our labor law posters.
• Grow existing and new client relationships
• Up to 30% travel-Trade Show and B2B Events
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Identify sales opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients through active listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing orders from interested customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage leads and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
