Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to prospective business clients and engage them in compelling conversations about our labor law posters.
- Grow existing and new client relationships
- Up to 30% travel-Trade Show and B2B Events
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Identify sales opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients through active listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing orders from interested customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage leads and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus, but not required.
