Customer Service / Account Manager in Chantilly, VA
Home Furnishings manufacturer of bed linens, draperies, pillows and other textile products is looking to add to our customer service and account management team. Our customers are nationwide and include interior design firms, furniture store sand other home furnishings retailers. Candidates with previous industry experience, wholesale or retail with superior customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Engage in proactive support with customers via phone or email.
Communicate with field sales reps regarding customer issues.
Perform data entry and other computer related functions.
Build and maintain customer sales and support.
Qualifications:
Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Be well organized and have attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
