GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Service Sales Representative is responsible for the identification, penetration, and development of customers within a designated geography to produce the maximum volume of profitable long term, ongoing business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain and grow established relationships.
• Source new sales opportunities and close sales with existing customers to achieve territory and company sales goals.
• Manage and negotiate with clients to increase income and revenue by generating leads, identifying and developing qualifying prospects, and adding value to their business.
• Develop and monitor an annual strategic sales operating plan and provide forecasts and updates monthly.
• Effectively operate consistently with minimal guidance.

EDUCATION: Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience in a sales role required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, climb, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Must reside in central Ohio
• Suitable home office workspace to conduct work

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $85,000 and $110,500. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Additionally, as a Service Sales Representative, you will be eligible for variable compensation-i.e. commission.
