Job description
High volume title company is looking for a marketing and sales representative to join our North Carolina team. Applicant must be able to work within a high energy, high paced environment while always maintaining professionalism.
Role and Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic development and execution of marketing opportunities and projects
- Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather data (social media, web analytics, internal data etc.) as well as analyze the effectiveness of current marketing methods; and procedures and develop new methods and procedures
- Ability to approach new people and situations with ease in order to build strong client relationships, including networking with lenders and law firms throughout North Carolina
- Undertake daily administrative tasks and communication with internal staff to ensure the functionality, performance and implementation of all marketing activities
- Organize promotional events, including traditional, digital campaigns, and social media outlets
- Participation in the development and implementation of marketing ideas and other activities as related to business development needs
Job Requirements:
- Presents self in a professional manner and have the ability to interact with all levels of internal business and outside clients
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, to facilitate business development
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong time management skills
- Understanding of business and marketing concepts and knowing how to apply them
- Team player
- Comprehension and communication to all parties regarding marketing principles
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with a varied audience, including other staff members, professional clients, and outside parties
Compensation and Benefits:
