The position of Account Executive is critical to meeting the requirements of Claim Technologies Incorporated (CTI) clients in a timely and professional manner, and to the development and continuation of long-term client relationships.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Coordinate and influence superior customer service delivery by facilitating strong inter-company activity to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare strategic, customer-specific recommendations and action plans which will deliver savings and service improvements
  • Finalize draft audit reports for timely delivery to TPAs and clients following all CTI guidelines and format instructions.
  • Present the results of audits to high level audiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong and appropriate level relationships with customers and consultants and involve senior management in relations with customers at an appropriate level.
  • Partner strategically with CTI sales team and clients to identify and pursue growth, cross-sell and retention opportunities.
  • Take initiative to suggest ideas for and participate in discussions regarding new product ideas
  • Take initiative to provide feedback on audit process or product improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of healthcare industry knowledge.

Required
  • Previous experience with and excellent understanding of processes and systems used to administer group health insurance benefit plans and benefit plan provisions.
  • The ability to multi-task and complete multiple projects within a specified time frame.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and mastery of Statistical Process Control philosophies (EG TQM, Six-Sigma) tools and applications.
  • Experience and leadership skills while working with both internal and external teams on projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a medical claim’s auditor or similar experience in a healthcare/managed care firm.
  • Competence with the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
