We are looking for a skilled Remodel Sales Associate.

Overview

• This position applies demonstrated relevant experience in support of upholding the company’s values which focus on a collaborate approach to creating the best fitting outcome for its clients.
• Serves as the primary facilitator of sales for the company.
• Serve client’s interest from initial contract, through design, pricing, and contract.
• Deliver accurate and timely information to purchasing for budgeting.
• Assist the construction team in building the client’s dream home.

Responsibilities include:

Sales

• Initial contact with clients
• Written scopes and proposals
• Work with CAD department for preliminary sketches
• Initial design including cabinet layout and selection

Estimating

• Work with purchasing department for costing of the projects

Proposals / Contracts

• Presentation to clients
• Written authorization

Selections

• Follow up pricing and written change orders

Plans

• Initiate drafting and engineering
• Final acceptance of the plan

Team Coordination

• Information transfer to team members and trade partners

Skills

• Proven working experience as Remodel Sales Associate
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Customer service orientation and sales skills
• Construction experience required
