Reports To: Head of Revenue Operations

The Revenue Operations team’s Key focus areas are in: Marketing, Sales and Partner Success while moving fast to deliver and scale the business.

  • Process - Responsible for driving process optimization while maintaining an excellent client onboarding experience and minimizing processing errors.

  • Tools - Strong presentation composition skills required for enablement and reporting to business stakeholders.

  • Insights - Ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems, and quickly arrive at recommended solutions that support team goals.

What you will be doing

  • Leading, building and refining the Revenue Operations function for scale

  • Explore opportunities to improve process efficiencies for hypothesized outcomes

  • Provide customer journey analytics to support team goals of increasing pipeline and achieving partner success of full value transaction

  • Generate key performance data visualizations needed for management reviews and assist with development of presentations for executive reviews

  • Collaborate with cross-function teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Solution Consulting, Partner Success, and Support

  • Support and innovate with all Go-to-Market cross functional work regarding: Finance, Legal, and Risk

  • Research and negotiate for next generation RevOps tech stack tooling

  • Engage and mentor within the team on a regular cadence

  • Building pre and post sales healthscore model

What you bring:

  • 10 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and savvy with developing presentations for large audiences, building workflows, reports etc.

  • Ability to think analytically with strong focus on process and enablement

  • Self-motivated, works well independently as well as part of a team

  • Works with minimal direction and proactively leads cross-functionally

  • Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate solutions and manage uncertainty

  • Analytical, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with fact-based insights

  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and results driven, with proven success over a wide variety of functional business problems

  • Independent judgment and mature decision-making skills to ensure employee and customer expectations are exceeded.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, either written or orally on technical issues to managers and clients.

  • The ability to work cross functionally in order to successfully negotiate for shared resources and timelines

  • Fundamental project management skills
