About You

We area growing amenities manufacturer & distributor seeking an outgoing, motivated, and reliable Sales Manager to add to our team. We areseeking a competitive individual with high levels of integrity, commitment, and the drive to succeed and provide excellent customer service. Someone with an outgoing personality as well as a business mindset would be the ideal fit.

Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of success in sales management, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process. The Sales Manager should have both the gift of P2P connection as well as a solid understanding and appreciation for the back end of the business including sales metrics and ratios, customer inventory management, and the supply chain. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and motivating the sales team, and tracking and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will perform cross departmental collaboration, working closely with not only the sales team, but also purchasing, billing, accounting, and upper management to ensure timely and successful customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to trade shows and corporate events
  • Maintain customer relations and promote engagement
  • Manage RVP’s and AM’s
  • Review monthly performances
  • Customer inventory management
  • Review and analyze sales and revenue reports in both Excel and Crystal Reports
  • Review and analyze customer inventory reports in both Excel and Crystal Reports
  • Set and accomplishing goals
  • Work with marketing
  • Salesloft Administrator
  • Product Knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management
  • 2- or 4-year degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • SalesLoft/CRM
  • High computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus.
  • Excellent math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
  • Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, On-Site, occasional travel to sales events

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision available after 60 days. Generous paid time off accrual. Relaxed office environment

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base annual salary range, exempt, based on level of experience plus bonuses.
