We are looking for New Car Sales Specialists to join our team, offering knowledgeable support and guidance to our customers, to ensure they leave the dealership feeling confident and happy about their vehicle purchase. This role reports to the Sales Management team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle
• Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
• Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles to the customer

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Car sales experience is preferred, experience with the Hyundai brand is even better!
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully
• An excellent work ethic and drive to achieve performance goals
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment: We are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 9PM and Saturday from 8AM to 8PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, and requires working both indoors and outdoors.
