Omega Accounting Solutions is in hyper growth mode and seeking an experienced Sales Executive/Representative to join our team who can support our rapidly growing business development team. Please note: This role requires evening shifts and weekend shifts. Remote work option is available for this role.

SCHEDULE:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Saturdays and Sundays: 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support the efforts of the business development team through qualifying leads and implementing creative outreach strategies
  • Identify business development opportunities and work with leadership to develop tactics to target small to mid-size businesses in need of tax incentives
  • Review and develop internal practices to improve value to prospects and client engagement
  • Follow up on assigned inbound leads received same day or within 24 business hours
  • Follow up on any referral partner introductions same day or within 24 business hours
  • Maintain customer activity in CRM and ensure all information is current
  • Achieve a minimum of three touches for inbound leads per day
  • Collaborate with sales team to hit sales quotas and maintain internal processes
  • Ensure contracts are signed and retainers are paid in a timely manner
  • Assist with any additional requests that arise
  • Complete other duties at the discretion of management

ABOUT YOU:

  • Ability to think strategically and target the right strategic partners to grow revenue and profitability
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively at the executive level with small to mid-market companies Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Capacity to prioritize projects, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through issues
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or other business-related degree is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B selling experience targeting business owners and executives
  • Spanish bilingual required
  • Previous sales experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable: CPA, Payroll, PEO, Commercial Finance Lenders/Brokers, Insurance Brokerages (Life and Workers Comp) and/or Payment Process providers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales revenue quotas
  • Prior experience establishing and/or leveraging a strategic partner channel to accelerate client and revenue growth is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sales CRM utilization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.04 per hour
