Customer Service Representative

We are currently accepting applications from individuals with experience working in customer service, customer relations and office support to be part of our crew. We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, competitive and comfortable working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional development. We promote growth from within and encourage our crew to work together to reach customer goals. Training will prepare individuals to work with customers and suppliers to provide a pleasant sales experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long-term customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a positive & energetic environment
• Build sustainable relationships with customers to enhance customer retention
• Interact with customers daily to review current products, provide quotes and sales orders
• Support our outside sales efforts via sourcing items for quotes and samples
• Schedule trucking to pick up and deliver product
• Interact with suppliers for quotes and to ship product
• Assist in the execution of office operations and procedures

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree preferred
• Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Customer service or customer relationship experience
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft products that include Word, Excel, and video conferencing.
