Summary
The Showing Agent is a licensed agent whose responsibility is to assist the buyer’s agent by showing houses to their buyers. A good showing agent will be an individual who is highly sociable and enjoys working with people.
The lead agent will handle the consultation with the buyer and conduct a needs analysis for that buyer. Once they know what the buyer is looking for, they will pass that buyer onto the showing agent to go show home to the buyers. As they explore homes, the Showing Agent will work with clients to confirm or refine criteria and will show additional homes as needed. When buyer clients are ready to make an offer, the Showing Assistant will turn the buyers back over to the lead agent to write the contracts.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients.
- Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis
- Assist the lead agent with inspection summaries and walk-throughs
- Assist the lead agent and team in converting leads into clients
Qualifications

- You must have an Ohio Real Estate License
- You must have a valid driver’s license and a working vehicle.

- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car.
