The Agent Success Advisor is responsible for all Partner Agent sales activity. The focus of this role is to ensure our top rated Agents are utilizing our ancillary services for both Ideal Agent clients and their other real estate clients. The Agent Success Advisor will help drive adoption and long-term value realization by maximizing desired outcomes. This team member will manage a defined group of Partner Agents and be responsible for the execution of the agent success strategy, which includes adoption and sales of Ideal Agent’s ancillary services. Part of the responsibilities of this role will be to drive loyalty, generate expansion revenue, increase product adoption, and ensure our agents achieve value realization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls relevant to ancillary services
  • Onboard Real Estate agents to our Partner Program
  • Field incoming agent calls
  • Sell Ideal Agent Ancillary Services to Partner Agents
  • Drive time-sensitive, detail-oriented tasks from offer to close for each of our transactions
  • Work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously with moving parts for various clients, agents, and internal team members
  • Serve as a trusted Advisor to our Partner Agents - build active and meaningful relationships with Agent Partners to drive adoption and utilization of Ideal Agent’s Ancillary Services.
  • Proactively reach out to Partner Agents to ensure they’re getting the most out of their relationship with Ideal Agent
  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer system
  • Meet the goals established for the position in the areas of sales quota, attendance, and other performance criteria
  • Provide ongoing training and demonstrate additional and/or underutilized ancillary services

Requirements:

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • 2+ years of high volume sales experience
  • Exceptional poise and presence on the phone
  • The ability to make and handle high volume calls
  • Ability to utilize scripts
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn software applications and office equipment
  • Associates Degree is a plus
  • FL Real Estate License is required
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
