Now Hiring - Inside Sales Specialist in Lisle, IL

Bitcoin of America is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to complete a contract position for 3 months. You will be responsible for following our Bitcoin ATM Kiosk leads, generating sales opportunities, and providing our customers with the best customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically savvy, and has a proven track record of achievement and attention to detail. The successful candidate should thrive in a collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. Interest in Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency preferred.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Calling a list of potential and current clients
• Generating and expanding leads
• Turning prospects into sales in designated geographic areas
• Negotiate contracts
• Managing a large number of outbound calls
• Researching potential locations
• Developing and cultivating strong relationships with merchants
• Entering detailed call notes for others to read and understand
• Manage marketing materials for locations in your area
• Provide support to existing BOA locations in your area
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management

Desired Qualification & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain preferred
• 2 - 3 years of experience in inside sales
• Ability to use Sale Software
• Have phone selling experience
• Ability to negotiate contracts
• Have a professional speaking voice
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• College degree preferred but not required
