Provide a wide range of administrative and support duties to Zynex Internal/External Sales Team. Provide high level of support with little supervision while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities --

· Observe, document, and report all occurrences of employees when there is non-compliance with company policy, process, or following appropriate chain of command.

· Professionally interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced office environment, sometimes under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Coordination of Expenses:

· Reviewing sales expenses to ensure compliance with company policies & procedure.

· Verifying clerical accuracy of expenses and support documentation.

· Ensure timely completion of expense approvals to be in line with promised pay periods.

· Respond to inquiries made by employees regarding expense reimbursements.

· Organizing expense reports for Regional Sales Directors and VP of Sales as requested.

Support Duties for Sales Executive Assistant:

· Any general Admin tasks that are needed for the week (i.e., scanning, faxing, scheduling, ordering, planning, organizing, etc.).

Support Duties for Sales Trainer:

· Assist Sales Trainer with all administrative tasks related to New Hire Sales Training (i.e. calendar management, email communication, coordination).

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

· Ensure high level of customer service to all sales applicants, new and existing sales reps, managers, vendors, and patients.

· Provide weekly status updates to the Sales Executive Assistant on all activities or changes on items being worked.

· Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide status updates/timely follow through on events, projects, and issues.

· Professionally deliver accurate information using superior written and verbal communication skills.

· Execute effective decision-making ability that aligns with the company business strategy, mission and vision.

· Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

· Be present and visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.

· Other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales & Marketing.

Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

· Fast-paced, high-volume professional environment with frequent interruptions.

· Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and multi-line telephones.

· Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.

· Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
