Job Summary:
This brand new position to Revenue Enterprises gives you the opportunity to showcase your organizational, creative and multitasking skills to support the Sales and Executive team. The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant works with the Sales Team and external marketing/branding vendor(s) to develop and launch marketing initiatives to attract new prospective clients to Revenue Enterprises. This position also works as an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Executive team at Revenue Enterprises, including but not limited to email management for key Executive team members and scheduling for meetings, conferences and travel for the Sales team.
Position Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Works with REL Sales and Marketing Branding partner to develop and initiate marketing strategies and initiatives to attract new prospective clients.
- Works with REL Sales/Marketing partner to manage special projects on [please apply online] Zoom info to locate prospect information for Sales team.
- Research, coordinates and initiates SEO/SEM strategies, advertising, social media posts, promotions blog posts, educational webinars, and white papers to promote REL brand.
- Tracks and provides reporting to leadership on marketing and sales metrics and activities and interest in campaigns.
- Manages marketing supplies.
- Manages Conference calendar for Sales team and manages registrations and reservations and supplies for conferences.
- Travels to conferences to help with booth set up and interaction with conference attendees as needed.
- Researches and takes steps to get REL signed up for RFP’s and coordinates response and takes responsibility for delivery of completed Proposals.
- Maintains and updates Company CRM (HubSpot) in coordination with Sales team.
- Provides prompt courteous and professional service for all incoming client concerns, compliments and business needs and forwards to REL Management and Sales as needed for response/attention.
- Assists Sales with report updates and research on prospective clients and assists with client gifts, promotions, cards and anniversary celebrations.
- Executive Administrative duties to include scheduling, email management and ordering catering for meetings.
- Communicates in a timely, clear, professional, and courteous manner to both internal and external clients.
- Other duties as determined appropriate by management.
Salary Range:
- $55,000 - $65,000 per year depending upon experience, skills, knowledge, and performance

COVID-19 considerations:
Our office has transitioned to primarily a remote work force due to Covid-19. However, you will need to come in to the office as needed to support our Marketing and Sales Efforts. Some travel to other states may be required.
