Role Mission:

The She’s Happy Hair Sales Associate is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting the customers’ individual needs and expectations, building individual sales volume and establishing customer relationships. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing their customer base & spend, and partner effectively with other team members.

The Associate will have an important role of driving conversion and sales while helping ensure the right customer experience is happening at all times. In addition, they may perform other customer service duties to support the store team, as needed. While required to perform some operational tasks to appropriate service customer needs, the main focus of this role is to support and deliver Service Excellence. The individual will also serve as a She’s Happy Hair Ambassador by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand.

  • Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as She’s Happy Hair history
  • Looks for opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
  • Capture meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the customer, building relationships and personalizing future customer development opportunities
  • Ability to discuss with customers and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the premium hair extension market, showing passion for beauty and luxury hair
  • Manage the overall process and act as the expert for products
  • Work as a team player and foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandise
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the store
  • Adhere to She’s Happy Hair Image standards and guidelines

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exhibits a high energy, positive and welcoming attitude to others
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential
  • Accuracy and attention to detail needed
  • Candidate should be team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively

Order Fulfillment Specialist Job Description

Order Fulfillment Specialist

Process all customer orders through the entire lifecycle, from receipt of purchase order through shipping. Create all necessary documents, packing lists, and labels in the preparation in fulfilling the orders.

Essential Functions

  • Receive and process orders and prepare and send acknowledgements when needed.
  • Pull data from multiple software systems to verify information
  • Notify customer and/or management regarding status of orders
  • Adjust order allocations as needed to fulfill customer purchase orders
  • Notify Management of any order processing issues that may occur.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of such issues
  • Create packing lists & carton labels for orders as required to support production team & distribution process.
  • Verbally provide customer service via’ phone and vendor interaction
  • Communicate and troubleshoot any issues with the Shipping Manager
  • Stay up to date with customer order processing compliance documents
  • Maintain filing of order information
  • Assist other areas of the company as needed.
