Job Summary FreeWheels Strata platform offers agencies comprehensive tools and capabilities for every step of the campaign workflow, from pre-buy through execution. It enables cross-media campaign planning, activation, optimization, and financial management, all in one system. FreeWheel is looking to hire a Renewal Specialist to join our demand side software organization. This person will be a key participant in sales organization focused on retaining current customers on our Strata platform through commercial strategies. The Renewal Specialist will support both the sales team and senior management to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Further, they will monitor the progress of all current customers, maintain a database, and provide reports to senior management. In this role, they will work cross-functionally internally to brainstorm, model, package, price, pitch, negotiate, and manage the execution of deals with agencies across the ecosystem. The successful candidate will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically while being analytical and detail oriented. Advanced excel skills and an entrepreneurial, commercial mindset are a must.
Job Description

Responsibilities:
Serve as the In-house Deal Desk resource to provide advanced financial modeling support for all renewals.
Effectively manage a proactive pipeline of renewals, working within a defined sales process to analyze, segment, and renegotiate all renewals.
Drive revenue through supporting negotiation of contracts and closing renewal business with current customers.
Provide recommendations based on a customers business needs and usage patterns
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to enable product, pricing, and process.
Collaborate and work with other members of the sales organization to build strategic financial plans for customers.
Properly communicate the status of renewals to internal management including senior leadership with realistic timelines and hurdles to the overall success of a particular deal.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Who you are:
2+ years of sales/ experience in AdTech, linear and/or digital media experience working with agencies will be considered a plus
Experience with financial modelling and understanding of software pricing structures
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail
A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand a customers needs on both the business and technical sides
A passion for customer success and a track record of growing customers revenue
Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience
Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build something great.

Salary:
Pay Range: $82,164.00 - $123,246.00
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
