Now Hiring - Service and Sales Manager in Duluth, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day to day operations of JR Bolton's HVAC, Gas and Plumbing Departments.
• Maintain morale, discipline, and productivity of the departments by conducting routine one on ones, inspections, and jobsite evaluations.
• Be the final authority on customer communication, resolution, and response (digital or phone).
• Grow the sales of JR Bolton's HVAC by creating, assisting, and following up on estimates for customers.
• Develop the customer service skills of the employees of department with the focus on 5 Star Customer Service.
• Manage and understand the financial statements of the company in order to ensure transparent communication of company performance to employees and General Manager.
• If not already, become knowledgeable on the trade skills of the company and how to communicate effectively with customers and employees on technical matters.
• Develop and maintain training programs for all reporting employees.
• Work with and develop a marketing strategy with the General Manager to ensure work volume is in line with the budget requirements.
• Ensure that the department is staffed appropriately to capture all of the incoming requests for work and effectively complete all installations on budget.
• Provide a weekly department update to the General Manager that is focused on the progressive increases regarding employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and financial excellence.
• Submit for approval an annual departmental budget and five year projections to ownership each year.
• Achieve annual department budgets and design bonus programs to reward employees for their contributions.
• And other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
