Mission:

A Call Center Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing each guest with excellent customer service by determining customer needs, answering inquiries, and presenting a variety of options or solutions for guest’s catering needs. Their main objective is fulfilling catering orders and maintaining a customer database.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand reputation by providing courteous and professional customer service
  • Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system
  • Extensive menu knowledge including ingredients, packaging, and pricing
  • Make recommendations and use suggestive selling, with the goal of successfully fulfilling the customer’s catering order
  • Enter orders into applicable software and export orders to corresponding location
  • Manage catering delivery schedule based on location proximity
  • Maximize store delivery schedules for efficiency and profitability
  • Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts by explaining and promoting new products
  • Maintain customer database by entering and updating customer information and scheduling catering events
  • Communicate directly with Taziki’s locations on upcoming orders, order issues and problem solving and resolution to issues
  • Follow up with each customer regarding their catering experience
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established in the employee handbook

Work conditions/Hours/Travel: A flexible work schedule is necessary. Typical schedule averages 25-35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shifts may vary to include mornings, and/or evenings. No travel will be necessary.

Qualifications -

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be reliable and punctual for each scheduled shift
  • At least 1-year experience in a call center setting or equivalent experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales background preferred
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule
  • Display an energetic, friendly personality
  • Highest level of professionalism

Physical/Mental Requirements:

This position requires sitting for an extended amount of time, with the ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls. Position requires focus and attention to detail while taking catering orders utilizing the database system.
