We are looking for a Wide Print Specialist to identify sales opportunities, qualify and engage appropriate contacts, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Solicit, sell and support Wide Format Products in the DEX Imaging portfolio.
  • Work in conjuction with DEX sales personnel and all users to promote and sell the DEX Wide Format portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Communicate DEX Wide Format value propositions, industry pertinent & relevant trends, and DEX go to market pricing models and service structures.
Demonstrate software solutions offered in conjuction with Wide Format products.
  • Provide current media and substrate information and associate application workflow expertise and training to DEX colleagues, prospects and customers.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions and track all invoices and expense accounts against budget.
  • Provide basic operator and application training on DEX products and solutions.
  • Maintain CRM data and provide management with territory analytics.
  • Coordinates customer training.


Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) preferred not required; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, with relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in prospecting, appointment setting, and making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Persistence and ability to overcome objections.
  • Ability to connect individuals at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
