Do you have BOUNDLESS positive energy and possess natural leadership skills to lead people in their fitness journeys through fitness, accountability, and nutrition ?!

If so, we are looking for Full Time and Part Time health & fitness coaches ASAP. We currently have 20 locations nationwide and are expanding fast.

We are currently seeking a high energy, results driven, badass with tons of in person sales, and fitness experience. "A-players" only considered.

FIT Theorem (FITT) has a mission to change peoples lives for the better and YOU would be the tip of the spear for our prospective clients!

We work HARD but we Love our community and each other!

This position will be focused heavily on health and fitness coaching to provide results to our members. It will also include membership sales and coaching group fitness classes that melt fat! Candidates will be tasked with nurturing leads, generating client referrals, teaching group fitness classes, hosting nutrition seminars, organizing focus group meetings, keeping members accountable to their goals , and conducting multiple sales meetings per week.

For this role to be a good fit, you must LOVE developing relationships and helping people improve their lives and being their lighthouse! You must also love sales as we do need to sign people up for transforming themselves!

Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of building rapport, demonstrating value, and creating excitement around our services.
