Now Hiring - Professional Services Inside Sales Representative in Alpharetta, GA

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team! We are a rapidly growing pest control company in the north metro Atlanta area looking to expand our team to reach more customers! We pride ourselves on our people and the time that we put into training and helping them to grow.

This position reports to our north Alpharetta office daily from 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accept inbound calls from customers inquiring about our services
• Make outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in our products online
• Finalize sales of our services by collecting customer information and entering it into our system.
• Schedule technician service/inspections for new and existing customers
• Use multiple programs in tandem while maintaining a friendly and responsive demeanor over the phone
• Meet monthly KPIs and metrics including number of sales and conversion rates
• Ensure our customers have the absolute best experience when working with us
