Our client is hiring for Entry Level Sales Account Reps. This job is great for someone just starting out in their career or looking to get back into the work force or maybe making a career jump. Most employees in this role ONLY have 1-5 years of experience post HS/college degrees. Some have 6-10 years but that is less likely and those reps are for sure on the management track.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Customer Support and client retention
- Sales presentations to prospective clients
- Sales training and sales development
- Leadership training and management coaching
- Data entry on Salesforce for clients
- Computer Based Trainings (CBT's weekly)
This Entry Level position is a stepping stone to other avenues and growth paths within the company. Career advancement is important and someone with goals and aspirations for the future typically succeeds at this role.
Requirements and Characteristics -
- 2 or 4 year degree
- Communication and people skills
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, any field
