Summary

We are looking to add an Account Manager, DRTV & Digital to our team. Account Managers work closely with senior members of our team, as well as clients and partners, to execute DRTV campaigns with a focus on recruiting monthly donors.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Serves as the subject matter expert across multiple clients for digital support of DRTV campaigns.
    • Provides recommendations to improve landing page conversion rates, and tracks A/B test results.
    • Monitors SEM, remarketing, and other digital advertising campaigns and provides recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
    • Sets up custom reports and explorations in Google Analytics to monitor trends in traffic and donation conversions on client websites and DRTV donation forms.
    • Tracks spikes in traffic and donation activity from high-profile television airings
    • Provides regular and ad hoc web analytics reports to client teams.
    • Assists with set-up of new clients, working to ensure campaigns, forms, source codes, UTM tags, etc. are properly set up for tracking.
  • Supports and works closely with Account Executives, Account Directors, and other client-facing staff to provide high quality service to nonprofit DRTV clients.
  • Assists with maintaining or coordinating the initial set up of the following components of a DRTV campaign:
    • Data flow and feeds.
    • Digital integration and support.
    • Call center management.
    • Fulfillment.
    • Program integration.
    • Downstream communication/lapsed reactivation strategies.
  • Facilitates client and team communications.
    • Coordinates DRTV program meetings, both internal and external.
    • Prepares and circulates agendas and meeting notes.
    • Tracks action items and follow-up with the relevant parties to ensure completion in a timely manner.
  • Contributes to the oversight of DRTV client call center activities, which may include:
    • Call monitoring.
    • Helping to develop call center training materials.
    • Calibration calls with call center and client participation.
    • Drafting call center memos and recommendations for DRTV inbound clients.
  • Reviews and provides QC assistance all program performance metrics including:
    • Regular KPI reports.
    • Retention reports and analyses.
    • Benchmark analyses.
    • Ongoing testing to optimize results.
  • Tracks budgets and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely billing.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
  • Nonprofit and/or fundraising account management experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from accredited college or university. Marketing, Business or Communications preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Solid follow through skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong working knowledge and comfort working with data organization and operations.
  • Understanding of nonprofit industry best practices in direct marketing fundraising.
  • Experience with Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Luminate Online, EveryAction, Engaging Networks, Classy, etc. preferred.
  • Google Analytics experience required. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Heap, and heat mapping software desired.
  • Experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence software/dashboard tools preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills to develop professional working relationships with clients, vendors, sister companies, and internal team.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing and reporting on program results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to delivering error-free work and high-quality customer service to clients.
  • Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
