Compensation-

As my Team Member, you will receive:

• $55,000-$100,000 Expected Compensation ($30,000 Base+Uncapped Commissions)
• Signing Bonus: $2500

Responsibilities-

Develop and work agent purchased leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services at a high level. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements-

• Drive
• Strong work ethic – willing to be the first to come in and the last to leave
• Sales experience (any outside, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) Preferred
• Successful track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals/quotas
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Self-starter
• Property and Casualty insurance license (must be able to obtain)
• Life, Accident and Sickness insurance license (must be able to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
