So what will you be doing?

• Setting yourself and your store’s environment to give our customers a great experience
• Becoming a master at the proven sales process and “wow”ing our customers with your vast knowledge, individualized approach and sales ability
• Reporting key metrics to your manager on Fridays and setting sales goals each Monday.
• Adding to the collective knowledge of wellness and health through our great selection and exploring offerings to enhance our service
• And finally, documenting everything into our systems. Yes, paperwork! Or computer work… it all serves all of us, and its how we get to our targets, not to mention our outstanding service.

What is the potential?

• Salary plus commission and bonuses, with ongoing sales contests and incentives

Compensation:

As an RSA Trainee, you will receive a base of $1,600/month. A generous commission structure, paid on performance; promotions and incentives after successfully completing the training. we offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, 401k with matching, annual bonuses tied to company’s success, PTO/Vacation, ongoing training and development, and financial education programs to help you achieve your goals.

First year compensation target $45-60K, incentives and bonuses increase this potential.
