As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will act as the leader of leasing within our Ohio-based scattered site investment portfolio, Peak Property Group, and will contribute to and oversee all aspects of leasing production and the accompanying marketing efforts for the scattered site investment portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of sales and marketing strategies within our Ohio based scattered site portfolio (Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company). You will act as the leader of the multifamily leasing team to drive leasing performance, increase efficiency, and strengthen the resident life cycle experience. In addition, you will be responsible for the ongoing evaluation and optimization of portfolio marketing efforts including but not limited to ILS management, social media, and other lead flow and resident retention technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish in-depth understanding of each portfolio and market, including unique features and selling points, leasing trends, competitor information, traffic patterns, and how the properties fit within the competitive landscape. Use information to make data/results driven decisions.
  • Create marketing and advise on strategies focused on both conventional and student housing properties, using the company and property websites, internet listing services, social media, photography, and property signage.
  • Training and development of fellow associates to enhance sales skills and closing techniques and improve overall prospect communication. Hold fellow associates accountable for proper execution and results.
  • Be a hands-on leader and lead by example. Participate in prospect communication, take leasing tours, and follow-up with prospects as needed.
  • Curate and enhance the resident lifecycle experience from prospect, to pre-move-in, to post-move-in, to renewal, and move-out experience.
  • Evaluate current and potential property management technology focused on prospect or resident experience, sales excellence, and marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the corporate sales, training and marketing teams for support and strategies. Work with both Property Managers and the Director of Operations.
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties as determined.

Qualifications:

  • Progressive experience in multifamily property management, with emphasis on sales and marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience with scattered site property management preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.
  • This position will require regular travel between Columbus and Cincinnati Ohio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
