Position Details:

KnowledgeCity is currently looking for an experienced Saas Sales manager to work in our Carlsbad corporate office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to reach sales targets by ensuring they contact and build rapport with decision-makers, present products and services effectively, and close deals. They must have the ability to train their team, evaluate performance, and develop processes that drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and train sales teams
• Monitor sales performance to ensure quotas are met
• Identify areas for improvement and execute solutions for them
• Provide accurate sales projection forecasts
• Track and maintain reporting on sales performance
• Foster a team environment that promotes achieving defined goals
• Assess individual Account Executive performance and mentor them on corrective actions as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in managing SaaS sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve defined sales quotas
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience with CRM systems and best practices
• Understanding of various communication methods (phone call, email, online meetings, instant messaging, etc.)

Pay: $88,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
