Base Pay PLUS an Established Name

• You don’t need to worry about selling your customers on our agency’s name to start earning with us - you get a base pay that never goes away; even agents with less than 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales can expect to take home $70,000 - $85,000 in their 1st year with us!
• Our agency has been active for over 40 years, meaning you represent a household name in Birmingham.

Regular Schedule

• Wouldn’t it be nice to combine the massive earning potential of Insurance Sales with the comfort of knowing you can actually make plans with your friends and family on a weekend?
• Live a life of consistency with your finances and your schedule; we work from 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and offer PTO (Paid Time Off), so you can take time when you need it without sacrificing income.

Excellent Commissions

• After the time and effort you put into finding and delivering your clients the best solution, it stings a little to watch only 5% (or less) of a written premium find its way to your bank account.
• That’s why we start our sales team at 8% commission of written premium, and offer as high as 18%!
