JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Baltimore, MD office is searching for a new team member to speak with local businesses and hiring managers and expand our office! This is a professional, business-to-business sales position with great growth opportunities and visibility. We are a large company with a small family feel that offers best-in-class training, clear expectations, and unlimited income potential!

We are open to people of all professional backgrounds if they can bring relevant soft skills to complete the job. This is position is ideal for people looking to change career paths or those with at least 1-2 years of professional (post-college, office, full-time, etc.) experience and comfortable working as part of a team.

In order to be successful in this role, we require in-person training at our Baltimore office (free parking). Once you are onboarded and ready to go, you will work a hybrid schedule!

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential business partnerships. Call, connect and meet on site as needed with current and potential clients. Learn about each hiring manager's company, team, and employment practices. Assist in filling open accounting, finance, administrative, or other roles!
  • Explain our specialty recruiting services. Sell yourself, your team, and our top-tier candidates. Negotiate fees and contracts. Follow up to ensure strong customer service and build long-term relationships.
  • Share the information you’ve gathered with the recruiters on your team. Work alongside them to recommend the best candidates for each job opening and get someone a job!
  • Expand the reach of our services throughout your territory. Build your client list (book of business), while progressing your own professional career.


You will be most successful if...

  • You have a 4 year degree (preferred but not required)
  • You have very strong verbal and written communication skills, phone and email etiquette are extremely important for success in this role
  • You have strong time management skills and can stay organized
  • You enjoy working as part of a team; this is a very team oriented role
  • You are tech savvy and can navigate new systems with ease

Pay & Benefits

  • Compensation: base salary + uncapped commission + free company stock (equity in CFS as an employee-owner)
    • First year's expected income: $60-75K
