Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select qualified mortgage Loan Originators for employment.
• Formalizes sales strategies.
• Maintains strong familiarity with current trends in the real estate and mortgage banking industries.
• Assist in planning and implementation of new sales and marketing programs
• Originate your own pipeline as well with our organic marketing platform that will provide you with anywhere from 5-8 new leads a day. refinance and purchase leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
