Job Summary:
The Sales Intake Specialist will interact with prospective clients via telephone and email to help retain the potential client in need of legal representation.

Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Interacts with prospective clients via telephone and email to understand their needs.
  • Answers inquires from prospective clients.
  • Resolves client issues and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Preforms accurate data intake by collecting client information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet monthly quotas.
  • Ability to retain potential clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Ability to be empathetic.
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
  • High school or equivalent (required)
  • Microsoft Office experience 2 years (required)
  • Sales experience (required)
  • Customer service experience 2 years (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
