We're looking for an enthusiastic, sales minded hunter to help us grow our market share in Utah and beyond. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities. This role is an inside sales job that works to identify net-new opportunities within the regions they support. This is truly an opportunity where attitude is everything!

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead generation with targeted lists and territories using email, campaigns and outbound calls
• Execute on outbound outreach to prospects via cold calling and backed up by targeted email campaigning
• Follow up and qualify inbound leads that have engaged us through marketing programs and campaigns
• Follow our proven process for gathering relevant data and moving prospects through the funnel
• Learn a consultative selling approach to identify client needs
• Learn and promote the value of Onward’s service offerings
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify potential leads
• Document leads and activities in Zoho CRM
• Learn quote creation and work towards having a deep understanding of the hardware you are quoting
• Help to support our Sales and Marketing initiatives
