About the Job:

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service background required.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • 1 year of Insurance Experience is Preferred
  • 440 or 220 Licensed Preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Windows/Computer skills
  • History of Superior Client Service and phone experience
  • Be detail oriented, a team player and be a quick learner
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Job responsibilities:

Communicate with new and existing clients via phone, email, and mail. Greet clients and visitors as they come to our office. Manage service transactions that will include answering phones, data management, policy changes, billing, processing mail, managing daily tasks, and other duties as assigned to support our Commercial Lines team.
