We are looking for a Chat Leasing Agent. The Chat Leasing Agent is responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.

**This is a Full-Time ON-SITE position in MIRAMAR, FL 33027.

**Schedule: 7 days a week, rotating weekends.

**Salary: Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provides current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease properties.

· Discovers, engages, and advances each prospect and follow up until they have set an appointment, found a home within our portfolio, or decided not to move.

· Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.

· Handles incoming sales by live online chat.

· Provides information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating leases for the sites.

· Accurately communicates the benefits and features of the property portfolio.

· Stays up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives.

· Provides accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner and fills all reasonable requests or requirements.

· Maintains company’s customer service and sales standards.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

·Minimum 3 years of sales and leasing experience.

· Outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

·Ability to multitask and solve problems.

·**Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English-REQUIRED.***

· Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written skills, preferred.

· The office is open all 7 days, including Saturdays and Sundays. You will be expected to share hours. If you are not open to working during the weekends, please do not apply.
