Qualifications:

· Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development

· Referral relations or relationship management experience required

· Must be familiar with behavioral health and substance abuse treatment

· Must possess demonstrated business development concepts and sales abilities

· Competency in computer usage, and excellent written and oral communication skills

· Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required

· Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with senior management, physicians, clinicians, admissions and members of the business development team

· Ability to work professionally with sensitive information within a time sensitive time frame while maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities:

· The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for the company

· The Community Outreach Associate will work to create, establish and maintain new and existing relationships with referral sources within the assigned area and help assist patients seeking treatment find appropriate treatment locations

· Acts as liaison between the facility and referral sources and implements service-oriented action plans responsive to referral source needs, serves as a resource and representative to the community and, conducts facility tours to key stakeholders

· Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of each of the facility’s programs and services, the assessment process and transportation services

· Develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the facility’s admission criteria and exclusionary criteria as it applies all programs

· Assist with organizing and planning onsite facility-specific events and tours

· Manage CRM database for client referral sources and leads

· Analyze and control expenditures of the department to conform to budgetary requirements

· Meet target deliverables and productivity outcomes on a consistent basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
