Responsibilities:

*Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
*Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
*Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous way
*Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
*Market with local complimentary businesses to build relationships that help the company grow

Qualifications:

*Must be Bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Spanish
*Not required but Preferred Licensed agents
*Previous experience, customer service, or other related fields
*Strong negotiation skills
*Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Great time management and punctuality
*Reliable form of transportation
*Willing to travel at times in DFW locations
