Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Operations
  • Project Management responsibilities with internal and external stakeholders including external partners, commercial clients, and existing accountholders
  • Meet with third party platform on a regular basis to maintain the latest information on technology. Also attend third party platform conference as required.
  • Sales
  • Sell Healthcare Services solutions to existing commercial bank clients to include HSA/FSA/HRA products
  • Work in tandem with commercial, retail and treasury groups internally to add HSA/FSA/HRA product within currently client portfolio
  • Buildout relationships with the Broker community
  • Prospect and sell to non-commercial bank clients
  • Ability to travel the Equity Bank footprint as required
  • Relationship Management
  • Assist with conversion of existing accounts to the new platform
  • Manage client issues with third party
  • Assist with client enrollment meetings
  • Cross sell Healthcare Services solutions into existing clients
  • Introduce Healthcare Services clients to commercial banking salespeople within that region
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Required Skills & Education
  • College degree or at least 5 years of consumer directed healthcare experience with a TPA or administrator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
  • Experience in responding to RFP’s specific to CDH products
  • Computer skills, especially the ability to work in Windows based systems
  • Aptitude for problem solving and working within a team environment
  • Project management
