Our firm has recently expanded into the Long Beach area. We are extremely excited to take on a brand new client portfolio in 2023 and expand our locally based team. Our primary goal as a partner on this campaign is to spread awareness, educate consumers, facilitate new customer acquisition and sales. We do this through working directly in person with specific consumers in the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Work closely with senior members of the account management team in order to learn proper customer service and sales techniques, how to interact with client customers, and master all client product knowledge
  • Participate in both classroom and shadow-style training in order to fully understand the ins and outs of the entry level role
  • Meet directly with customers with the goal of building relationships, educating on client products and services, and closing sales when necessary
  • Learn and understand the full sales cycle and be able to complete it while following all client compliance guidelines
  • Keep a customer record of all interactions and be sure to report back to our client with these results in order to ensure customer records are constantly updated
  • Network and trade tips ad tricks with other Sales & Customer Service Representatives to ensure that the team is consistently moving towards the goal
  • Help to teach and train other members of the sales & customer service team that may be struggling

Requirements of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Communications or any other fields of study relating to sales and marketing are preferred
  • Must have a passion for working with people, both internally and externally within our team and with customers
  • Must be driven and someone who doesn’t like to settle for themselves, someone who is constantly looking to push the envelope
  • Being a self-starter and not needing to be micromanaged will make a candidate stand out to us

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
