Pay $18 - $20 per hour
Position Summary
Based at our manufacturing operation in Las Vegas, NV, the Inside Sales Representative closes sales and acts as a liaison between outside sales representatives and customer accounts.
Principle Accountabilities
- Answers inbound requests via phone calls, emails, and web leads from customers seeking product quotes, purchases, or other inquiries.
- Makes outbound calls to prospective and current customers to follow up and close sales opportunities.
- Produces quotations and manages accounts using the ERP system
- Assists with all walk-in customers and sales calls.
- Coordinates order processing with Project Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Outside Sales team.
- Attends internal meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Assists Outside Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives with post-sale customer support, submittal information, and order entry.
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of sales support in an industrial environment. Experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industries is helpful. Other candidate attributes include but are not limited to:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the construction industry as a supplier, contractor, or office support function - Preferred.
- Working knowledge of plans, prints, drawings, and detailed plan specifications per customer requirements – Preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with precast concrete products – Preferred.
- Drive and eagerness to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with ERP systems and practices.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
