Responsibilities:

• Manage listings on Amazon daily, including setting up new listings, operating terms, modifying the listings, and optimize them.
• Duplicate Amazon listings to other online marketplaces based on the marketplaces’ requirements accordingly.
• Maintain and monitor different marketplaces seller performance dashboard. Appeal and solve the performance issues in a timely manner.
• Digital Advertising campaign buildout and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.
• Monitor different platforms merchandise pricing and product sales performance.
• Monitor competitors and adjust the approach to ensure position as a category leader.
• Continually identify and evaluate new opportunities for better product listing optimization.
• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase sales, visibility, brand recognition, and drive sales across AMS, Seller Central, AMG, and DSP.
• Conduct A/B tests across campaign variables (e.g. ads, landing pages, bidding) to reach the best results.
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic while maintaining a strong ACOS.
• Staying informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing team and leverage acquisition channels outside of Amazon (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google AdWords) to drive the brand’s growth on Amazon and a company website.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and set priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Fluent English, Mandarin preferred.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of two years’ prior experience in Amazon preferred.
• Excellent data and analytical analysis abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Amazon Language (e.g. PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, TaCo).
• Is team focused and has the ability to multitask well.
• Is positive and can handle stress.
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
