This is a base pay plus commission compensation structure!

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs (Mostly home but we will do their auto if they want to bundle) and match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into customers. We provide all of your leads.
  • Assesses customer’s insurance needs and suggest/advise products and coverage’s based on a need/exposure assessment. Conducts need/exposure assessments involves interviewing prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of their person or property to be insured, claims history and coverage gaps..
  • Finalizes the sale, coordinates collection of deposits, arranges for binders and certificates, and briefs the service team on the policy sale.
  • Maintains a concern for accuracy, timeliness and completion when interacting with current and prospective clients.
  • Maintains understanding and knowledge of insurance and underwriting criteria for insurance company partners represented by the firm to effectively communicate to all involved.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Comfortable making calls and talking to people on the phone all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand company with new sales
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Previous experience sales, hospitality, inside sales preferred but open to talk to outgoing people from a variety of experiences.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
  • We will take care of all licensing and you will be paid for all studying and taking an online course all about property and casualty insurance – There is a test at the end of the process to earn your P&C license
  • This is a base pay ($41,600) plus commission.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
