We are a fast-paced and team oriented company. We provide Southwest Florida with high quality AC and appliance services. We specialize in high-rise condominiums and residential HVAC/appliance service. We are growing and have an opening for an experienced HVAC sales representative.

The qualified candidate should be a goal-oriented, self-motivated sales associate with prior proven experience and training in customer service and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC field preferred, but not required; minimum of 5 years proven sales experience
• Clean driver's license
• Ability to pass a background test, and drug test
• Self Starter
• Ability to work effectively individually and with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment, create sales proposals, finalize sales and follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Consult with existing and potential customers to provide an individualized HVAC solution including our HVAC maintenance program
• Serve as the lead of the sales process
• Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information needed to secure the sale
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Participate in various sales activities to support the company, including trade or home shows
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
