New York Life is seeking an experienced Financial Representative or Financial Advisor to join our growing office. Strong applicants will have demonstrated an entrepreneurial “growth” mindset and a passion for working with their clients. Desired Skills and Experience

4-year college degree

3+ years industry experience as a Registered Representative/Financial Advisor

Experience selling insurance; Life and Health License preferred

Securities Registrations as a Registered Representative: FINRA S6, S63 and/or S7 preferred

Accredited Designations preferred such as CFP, ChFC, or MSFS

Possess strong knowledge of the investment business and understanding of comprehensive financial planning concepts

Accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills

How we will compensate you

You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. In 2021, the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $124,000. Individual agent performance will determine your income. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension.
