Emergency Restoration Xperts is a family owned and locally operated business serving North Carolina since 2013. At ERX, we offer full-service restoration contractors who are equipped to provide restoration services for both residential and commercial properties due to a storm, fire, flood, or mold damage. Our restoration services include construction and repairs for a full rebuild of the affected areas, contents restoration, 24/7 response, and much more. We handle every phase of the process to get our customers back to pre-loss status.

In order to assure that restoration services, including mold remediation, dehumidification & drying, construction & repairs, contents restoration, and more, are done right, our technicians hold the following certifications: Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).

We are seeking skilled candidates to carry on our legacy of quality restoration services. Summary of Responsibilities

Pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and intensely focusing on turning leads into accounts and sales. Maintain ongoing relationships with trade partners to encourage networking and repeat business.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage appointment schedules
  • Meet/Exceed revenue goals
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Analyze and implement business development opportunities and strategies
  • Travel daily, majority of time is spent on outside sales calls. May be required to work evenings and weekends
  • Inspect and document homes and buildings for water, storm, or fire damage
  • Identify and initiate contact with target customers such as insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors, and commercial outlets
  • Actively participate and network with industry-related trade organizations promoting the company services
  • Make weekly presentations to small groups
  • Reinforce relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain contact through project progression and collections. Host events and sponsorships.
  • Work within Marketing budget
Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Requires knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries
  • Must be able to effectively operate and navigate Dash. All notes, documents and interactions will be tracked through Dash
  • Must be able to effectively build and develop relationships and demonstrate a positive brand awareness through all interactions
  • Experience selling to middle and senior level executives in the insurance, plumbing, HVAC and real estate industries as well as property managers and public institutions
  • Ability to deal with customers face to face while demonstrating good listening skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy
  • Uncompromising honesty and integrity, along with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
  • Persuasive written and verbal communication skills to build client and solution/value-based proposals
  • Results driven attitude and a self-starter
  • Must possess computer and internet skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Required Licensure and Certifications

  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver license and have a satisfactory driving record

Required Education

  • Associates degree in Business/Marketing or related work experience
  • High school diploma or GED
