Real Estate Assistant – Full Time

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Fun, fast paced, growing real estate brokerage seeks high energy, smart, personable Real Estate Assistant for full time position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer follow up – prep emails, reach out to existing and new contacts
• Learn the database system inside and out so that all customers are properly identified and communicated with on an ongoing basis
• Help with development of buyer profiles
• Input information received about customers through streamlined database management
• Prepare, send and file listing paperwork, disclosures, offers, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents
• Input and edit details within the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• Schedule appointments such as inspections, appraisals, and other vendors
• Maintain a calendar/schedule for all important dates, appointments etc.
• Continue to remain ahead of, check in on, and update the team on the status of important tasks

Skills and Requirements

• Outgoing personality, comfortable meeting and greeting customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and vendors on the phone, in person, and by email
• Able to effectively communicate to customers and other team members in a timely manner
• Excellent computer skills including experience in Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe
• Ability to think critically, problem solve, and anticipate next steps
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize
• Ability to cover front desk duties
