Job Description:

This position has an excellent compensation program that would pay $80-$150K FIRST YEAR potential. We offer continuing training opportunities for all aspects in the roofing industry.

If you have sales experience or roofing experience, we want you. If you have no experience, and are willing and motivated, we will fully train you in our two-week training program.

Office is open Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm for sales support.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in roofing or solar sales.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM system (Acculynx, etc.) highly desired but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Represent APC Roofing with pride and professionalism.
• Generate new business and deals through networking, working leads, canvassing, and marketing yourself to the community and homeowners.
• Physically inspect roofs for any damage and assess what the homeowners’ needs are. Then you would present solutions to the home or business owner and provide options for how we can best serve them.
• Communicate and review any contracts, agreements or estimates with the homeowner.
• Maintain and keep workflow up to date on all of your jobs.
• Collect payments from homeowners.
• Clean and maintain your company-provided truck.
• Maintain your own schedule to optimize your success

We will give you all of the tools you will need to be successful in this role. Most of the our sales reps who have been with us more than a year are earning over $150,000 a year. If you have experience with roofing sales and can show us your numbers, we may be able to offer a salary plus commission.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
