Qualifications for the Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent:

• Must have an active Florida Property & Casualty 4-40 or 20-44 license
• At least 2 years of experience desired but will consider a less experienced candidate that demonstrates exceptional aptitude
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in FL home, auto, flood, umbrella and other personal lines with various carriers
• Accuracy and efficiency are key for this role, the right candidate will be organized and thorough
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technological efficiency and strong typing skills
• Accuracy in data analysis and communication
• The ability to listen well and educate others

Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent:

• Working within established agency process flow to prepare, present, and bind new coverage.
• Round out new and existing accounts
• Diligence, positive attitude and desire to keep learning
• Tracking transactions to completion, verifying all steps are accomplished
• Support and interact with colleagues in team environment to serve clients
• Listening and understanding client requests and responding thoroughly
• Caring about clients and the quality of work done for them

Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
